Wales coach Warren Gatland opted for stability with only two changes in the squad's squad that will face Fiji on Wednesday in Oita.
Compared to the team that started in the win against Australia (29-25) on September 29, the two changes concern the third row with the tenures of Ross Moriarty in N.8 and James Davies; Navidi slips to the flanker post while Tipuric and Wainwright disappear from the starting XV.
The opening half Dan Biggar, released after a concussion protocol against the Wallabies, however, will take his place at the kickoff ten days later.
Great adept for stability, Warren Gatland had made no change between the first two games against Georgia (43-14) and Australia.
In case of victory over Fiji, the Welsh will be assured of access to the quarterfinals. They will finish at the top of Group D if they win their last two games against the Fijians and then against Uruguay on Sunday.
Line-up:
Li. Williams - North, J. Davies, Parkes, Adams - (o) Biggar, (m) G. Davies - J. Davies, Moriarty, Navidi - AW Jones, Ball - T. Francis, Owens, W. Jones
Alternates: Dee, Carre, Lewis, Shingler, Wainwright, T. Williams, Patchell, Watkin
