In the past year, both house prices and tenant-owner prices in Sörmland have risen by just over four per cent. But there are still big differences in the county.

In Flen, the buyer can pay an average of SEK 384,000 for a condominium and 1.5 million for a villa. Together with Vingåker, the municipality has the lowest housing prices in the county. On the other hand, if you look at Trosa and Strängnäs, there is a tenancy right of 2.1 million and the villas of 3.4 and 3.8 million respectively.

Price trends in the county

The largest price trend for tenant-owned condominiums in the county during the last three months is found in Strängnäs, where prices rose by 16 percent while prices in Oxelösund fell by 23 percent. House prices rose by seven percent in Katrineholm, which was the most in the county, and fell by four percent in Flen.
