Kosyanchich, commenting on Ankara’s plans to return 2 million Syrian refugees to Syria, noted that their safe return in human conditions is not yet possible.
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the United States began to withdraw its troops from the Syrian territories in the north-east of the country, where the Turkish military intends to conduct an operation to create a security zone.
The United States noted that they would not support the Turkish military operation in northern Syria.
