“Three cities in Yugra and the Yamalo-Nenetsky District occupy the third to fifth places in real wages: Salekhard (3.35 fixed-entry salaries), Surgut (3.24) and Khanty-Mansiysk (3.20),” in the text.

It is also reported that the average salary in Moscow and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is 97 thousand rubles and 90.6 thousand rubles, respectively.
