The Gabonese president offered a nice surprise to his supporters on Saturday (October 5th) in the Nzeng Ayong stadium in Libreville. Ali Bongo delivered his first improvised speech in public since his stroke in October 2018.

This speech took place at the closing of the Republican tour of his chief of staff, Brice Laccruche Alihanga . A first for Ali Bongo who had not spoken in public for almost a year . A speech where he does not hide his joy.
