07 October 20191.42 The socialist party of Prime Minister Antonio Costa won the elections in Portugal, but without achieving an absolute majority in Parliament. With 100% of the scrutinized ballots, the Socialists obtained 36.7% of the votes (95 seats out of 230) followed by the PSD (social-center center party) at 28.1% (70 seats). Third, the Left Bloc with 9.6% of the votes (16 seats), followed by the left coalition at 6.3% (9), the popular on the right at 4.2% (4 deputies) and the environmentalists of Pan at 3.3% (2).
