In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and the follow-up of his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has adopted 522 housing subsidies worth AED 410 million.
Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, said: “In the UAE, we are keen to ensure social cohesion through the initiatives implemented by the program in cooperation with housing institutions in various emirates. With regard to housing subsidy decisions, 522 housing subsidy decisions were approved with a value of 41 million distributed between the category of housing loans and housing grants category, and a decision was issued among the beneficiaries of the "quick decision" and government housing.
