Saturday will be autumn over a large part of the country, weather being lighter around the Mediterranean but with wind, according to Météo-France forecasts.
On the Roussillon, the Languedoc to the Paca region, the day will take place under a clear sky or barely veiled at times by clouds of altitude. Showers will occur in Corsica in the morning then the weather will become dry under a heavy sky.
Clouds and rain
On the Aquitaine and Midi Toulouse, the sky will be variable, alternating between sunny and cloudy, more compact on the Pyrenees. From Brittany to the Pays de la Loire, from Poitou to Limousin, on the Massif Central and the north of the Alps, the sky will be mostly loaded, giving some scattered showers.
Further north, from Upper Normandy, towards the Ile-de-France, the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region, Lorraine and Alsace, the northern Alps, the cloud cover will be compact, giving rains, a little snow on the Alps beyond 2,100 meters, attenuation over the hours.
From Nord-Pas-de-Calais to the Ardennes, the sky will be variable, thinning will try to break during the day. They will reach the northeastern borders in the afternoon.
The wind will be strong in the Mediterranean. Mistral and Tramontane will blow gusts, reaching 60 to 70 km / h. The wind will also be sensitive on the Var coastline, up to 90 km / h at midday.
Sunday rainy wave
At the end of the day, a new rain wave will approach Brittany. She will sweep the country Sunday.
As for temperatures, in the early hours of the morning, the thermometer will be 9 to 13 degrees in general, 14 to 16 in Corsica and on the shores of the Mediterranean. The maximum will be around 14 to 16 degrees over the north-east quarter of the country, from 16 to 18 along the coast of the Channel, 18 to 22 over the rest of the country, 22 to 24 around the big blue, until at 25 in Corsica.
