The President of the National Rally Marine Le Pen, denounced Saturday a "state scandal" after the killing of the police headquarters of Paris, claiming in turn a parliamentary commission of inquiry in view of "heavy dysfunctions" and "a very serious threat".

"The case is particularly serious, the malfunctions are particularly serious, which is why I ask, on behalf of the deputies of the National Rally, the immediate opening of a Commission of Inquiry" on the killing that killed five people on Thursday , including the assailant, said Ms. Le Pen in a statement.

The LR group, which has the prerogatives to request such a commission of inquiry, had earlier indicated that it intended to create one.

According to Ms. Le Pen, this investigation should include "to establish all the responsibilities in what appears to be a state scandal, while members of the DDRP (Intelligence Directorate of the Prefecture of Police of Paris , ndlr) evoke pressure not to evoke the previous warnings on the radicalization "of the author of the slaughter.

She added that the investigation should cover "all responsibilities, up to that of the Minister of the Interior". She believes that it should "draw all the consequences of the situation", without directly asking for his resignation as did LR parliamentarians.

The president of the RN also pleads for "a complete audit of Islamist radicalization in our public services" and "proposals to simplify the procedures to remove and remove these individuals".

"The creation of this commission of inquiry is not only necessary but now appears urgent in the face of repeated and repeated failures of the Minister of the Interior Castaner," she insists.

Since the attack, "we have been entitled to the now classic speech on the + unbalanced +, the + isolated case +, and of course the + discreet neighbor +," says Ms. Le Pen, while the trail of Islamist radicalization is now preferred.

But "something now appears certain: the attack was perpetrated by an Islamist," she said.

For Ms. Le Pen, "the presence of an Islamist, all of whose elements today demonstrate that he should not only be reported but be excluded, at the very heart of our intelligence device is evidence of heavy dysfunctions, and of a very serious threat ".
