Three people died, three were injured and two others are missing after the emergency landing that an Antonov-12 plane from Spain had to make today in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported.

Eight people were on board the ship, of which seven were crew members and another accompanied the cargo , the entity added.

The plane, belonging to the Ukraine Air Alliance company , covered the route between the Spanish city of Vigo and Lviv, but did not reach its destination due to lack of fuel, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure on its Facebook page.

The aircraft had to perform the forced landing a mile from the airstrip , and the emergency services now work at the scene.
