Almost half of the Russians (49%) in their colleagues at work are annoyed by hypocrisy and deceit, 42% of those surveyed said they did not like gossip in the team.

40% of respondents annoy bragging, conflict and bad manners of colleagues. Irresponsibility and lack of professionalism infuriate more than a third of respondents.

Also among the most annoying factors included unhealthy curiosity on the part of colleagues (29%), intemperance (26%), laziness (18%) and non-punctuality (16%).

Close relations between superiors and colleagues are annoyed by 11% of respondents.

To a lesser extent, the survey participants in their colleagues are irritated by their detachment (7%), appearance (6%), and eating at the workplace (4%). Only 3% of respondents said that they weren’t annoyed by their colleagues.

In addition, the survey participants also said that they appreciate in colleagues. So, 64% noted professionalism, responsiveness - 61% and respect for other people and other people's work - 51%.

The survey involved 3,500 Russians over 18 years of age.
