According to him, neither the Swedish Foreign Ministry nor the US Embassy give official comments on the negotiations.

The channel adds that the negotiations are expected to be attended by US Special Representative for the DPRK Stephen Bigan.
On October 3, media reported that the North Korean delegation, led by Foreign Ministry spokesman Kim Myung-Gil, arrived in Beijing, from where she was supposed to leave for Stockholm.
