Eight people have been injured after three vehicles have been implicated in a crash in the Bus-VAO lane of the A-6, as reported by sources of Emergencies Madrid.

The incident occurred at around 9.30 pm, after one of the vehicles - which was supposedly driving in the opposite direction - collided with the other two.

In the vehicle that caused the accident four people were traveling: the driver, 76, a woman of 35, a child of four and a man of 37 . All of them have been transferred with trauma of varying consideration to the Hospital de la Concepción.

In the second tourism a 35-year-old woman was traveling , who has suffered a costal trauma, and the 42-year-old driver, who has had to be rescued by the Firefighters of the Madrid City Council. The man was trapped by the legs, and the troops had to use shears to free him.

Finally, firefighters have managed to rescue the man from the car and, after being treated by Samur-Civil Protection, he has been transferred with the woman to the Clinical Hospital, where he has entered with elbow, femur and leg fractures.

In the last vehicle two men were traveling: one, 62, has suffered trauma to a wrist and back, while the second, 59, had blows on the fingers of one hand. Both have been transferred in a mild state to La Paz Hospital.
