Zakharova noted that Volker’s activities “did not add either stability or any positive feelings, and there’s no need to talk about resolving the situation.”
According to her, much has been said in the American media about Walker lobbying for his own interests or the interests of those companies in which he worked at the same time, being the State Department’s special representative for Ukraine.
Earlier, CNN, citing three sources familiar with the situation, said that Walker had resigned from his post as US Special Representative for Ukraine.
