Food box is reused

Another step in environmental thinking is to reduce disposable food boxes for take-away. Customers will now be offered a reusable box instead of today's disposable plastic food boxes.

- Step by step, the region's dietary activities are becoming increasingly environmentally friendly. We strive for Swedish food and use locally produced beef, half of our food is organic and indicates the climate impact of all dishes. Now we are taking further steps towards a more sustainable business, which is positive, says Magnus Ekblad (C), regional council responsible for regional development.
