Moscow City Court will verify the legality of the return of Serebrennikov’s case

An appeal to the court was filed by the state prosecution on 24 September.

On September 11, the court sent the case of thefts at Seventh Studio back to the prosecutor’s office, and also canceled his recognizance not to leave for Kirill Serebrennikov and the rest of the accused.
