Lukashevich at the OSCE called on Kiev to dialogue with the DPR and LPR

During a speech at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, he said that at present “the ball is largely on the side of Kiev.”

According to him, it is now necessary that the contact group on the Donbass maximize its work. Lukashevich noted that Kiev and Donbass have every opportunity for direct dialogue in the contact group.

“We are expecting practical steps that would contribute to the development of the emerging dynamics,” TASS quoted him as saying.

On October 1, the participants in the contact group for a settlement in the Donbass, as part of a meeting in Minsk, agreed on the Steinmeier formula for its implementation in Ukrainian legislation.
