One week after the fire at the Lubrizol factory, psychological support for the shocked people is organized in Rouen. A permanent psychological reception was set up by the regional health agency and the prefecture of Seine-Maritime. Since Tuesday, she welcomes without appointment and free people who wish to help them "to cope with their worries and their stress". Europe 1 was on the spot.

Five dedicated psychologists
An opportunity to "tell his story to turn the page" for Julie. She lives 100 meters from the Lubrizol factory. Since the fire, she has insomnia every night, anxieties that do not pass, and images that scroll constantly in his head. She was able to tell two psychologists what she does not even dare to say to her friends. A little over an hour of exchanges and at the exit, a great relief. "They told me that if I did not sleep after three weeks, I would have to consult, but it feels good."
Five psychologists are dedicated only to listening to Rouen. "Here, we are not here to treat people, we are there to exchange and help people to be together in this moment, to move forward day by day", explains Christian Navarre, head of the emergency cell medical and psychological. "This is resilience: adapting to everyday life to move towards the future positively."
A telephone platform
The path of resilience will be long after the trauma of the fire. But the inhabitants of the city have one thing in common: not to worry about them. A telephone platform was also set up this Wednesday by the government. The inhabitants can ask their questions or express their questions at 0.800.00.97.85.
