Earlier, the diplomat noted that external interference in the situation in Hong Kong may pursue the goal of destroying relations between China and Russia.

As Zakharova emphasized, the Chinese leadership directly accused a number of Western intelligence agencies, in particular the United States, of meddling in internal affairs.

According to her, it will be correct and useful to "exchange similar data through relevant services."

Mass protests provoked by the extradition law have been held in Hong Kong since early June.
