In the wake of the announcement of the resumption of talks between North Korea and the United States, the South Korean staff announces projectile fire from Pyongyang.

"North Korea fired unidentified projectiles from Wonsan in the direction of the East Sea (Sea of Japan) this morning," said South Korea's army.
A projectile fell in Japanese waters
On the side of the Japanese government, it confirms the launch of two projectiles at 7:10 (22:10 French time). One of the projectiles appears to have fallen into Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone, between international and territorial waters. The Japanese prime minister strongly condemned these shots.
On Tuesday, Pyonyang announced the resumption of talks on nuclear power with Washington, eight months after the failure of the evening in Hanoi. A diplomatic exchange scheduled for the week, confirmed by the United States.
Since July, North Korea has increased short-range missile fire, described as "provocations" by US officials, although Donald Trump has been much more conciliatory.
