At the same time, a special committee of the US House of Representatives published an intelligence complaint against Trump because of a conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
The author of the complaint with reference to “numerous officials” notes that the president “uses his powers to get another country to intervene in the 2020 US elections,” including “to conduct an investigation against one of the president’s main political rivals.”
The central figure in these efforts is the personal lawyer of the head of state, Rudolf Giuliani, the author of the document noted.
