Earlier, the plenipotentiary representative of Russia at the talks, Boris Gryzlov, stated that all the participants in the contact group for a settlement in eastern Ukraine at a meeting in Minsk agreed on the Steinmeier formula for its implementation in Ukrainian legislation.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that a new law will be developed on the special status of Donbass, which will include the Steinmeier formula.
