Farmers in distress in Rouen

It's been six days, and there are still many questions in Rouen. Six days since the chemical plant Lubrizol caught fire, releasing a thick cloud of smoke, which extended from this Norman town to the Hauts-de-France. Since then, crops have been suspended in nearly 200 communes: vegetables, milk, honey, eggs, all products are removed from the production circuits, pending the outcome of toxicity analyzes.

According to the agricultural syndicate FNSEA, nearly 500 farms are affected. Our special envoy David Baché visited farms and listened to the dismay of the farmers concerned.
