He also noted that "if the Balts, Georgians and Ukrainians hoped that their boycott of the current PACE session would have consequences, then they were rudely miscalculated."
Earlier, Macron said that he fully supported the continuation of the work of the Russian delegation to PACE.
In turn, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, Elizaveta Yasko, announced the creation of the Baltic Plus group in the organization to counter Russia.
It was noted that this group will include Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia.
