The Eyes statement is published on the Belarus Foreign Ministry's Twitter page.
It is noted that Minsk also welcomes the "agreement on the withdrawal of forces on two sections of the contact line from October 7".
Earlier, the plenipotentiary representative of Russia at the talks, Boris Gryzlov, stated that all the participants in the contact group for a settlement in eastern Ukraine at a meeting in Minsk agreed on the Steinmeier formula for its implementation in Ukrainian legislation.
He also said that the contact group at a meeting in Minsk agreed on a schedule for the withdrawal in Donbass of the forces of militia and Ukrainian troops in Petrovsky and Zolotoy.
