The student said that the teacher asked him to enter one of the nearby classes.He accompanied him to finish their conversation.The class was empty of students.The teacher initially teased him by holding him from his neck.He then molested him physically.And suddenly one of the workers entered and left the place.He asked him to talk to him in another class.

The student added that they entered the class of science, and the defendant began to ask him about the difficulty of the exam, and repeated the act again and the student realized that he deliberately harassed him, he screamed in the face and asked him to stay away from him, the defendant said to him: «Do not expose me, and repeated it more than once without stopping He even told him that his mother was waiting for him to leave him. He left the classroom and then told his mother on the way.

The mother of the student, in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, said that her son was delayed at home when he went to greet his teachers, and tried to communicate with him more than once within a quarter of an hour, and she wanted him to see the supervisor of the school, and then attended and was behind the accused, inquiring about the reason for the failure of her son, he offered her She left the school, and while she was with her son at the school, he told her that he had been harassed by the accused while they were together in a classroom, noting that she hesitated two days before she decided to report the teacher to the sensitivity of the subject.
