Tunisia's administrative court on Monday rejected all appeals against the results of the first round of the presidential elections.

With this decision, the presidential run-off between Qais Sa'eed and Nabil Karoui will be held on October 13 as the deadline according to constitutional deadlines.

In a statement to the Anatolia news agency, the spokesperson of the Administrative Court of Tunisia, Imad Ghabri, said that the court rejected all appeals filed in the results of the first countries for the early presidential elections.

Al-Ghabri added that the judicial plenary session of the court issued its rulings in appeals against the results of the early presidential elections.

Last Thursday, the administrative court received five appeal files against the results of the first round of the presidencies, after the court rejected last Monday the appeals made by six losing candidates.

On Saturday, Farouk Bouaskar, a member of the Independent High Electoral Commission of Tunisia, said the second round of early presidential elections would be held on October 13, warning of problems due to the continued arrest of candidate Nabil Karoui.
