“There is no understanding in terms of [the summit] in the Norman format,” Peskov answered journalists' corresponding question.

Earlier, French leader Emmanuel Macron said that the summit in the Norman format will be held in the coming weeks.

At the same time, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky expects that the meeting in the Norman format will be difficult.
