Yes, it is hoped the chairman of the municipal council Jonas Bergman (M) who together with Lovisa Aldrin (L) and Stefan Pålsson (S) presented the proposal to buy the Kombihallen for SEK 24 million.
Today, the Kombihallen is owned and operated by an economic association where HBK owns two thirds and IFK Halmstad one third. With the purchase, the municipality also wants to ensure that associations can rent the hall and that the municipal schools should be able to have scheduled sports education in the hall.
The matter will be raised for discussion at the municipal council on 31 October.
