A man in his 30s from Örebro is being prosecuted for particularly serious abuse, serious illegal threats, people's robbery and legal proceedings. He is charged with his girlfriend, who in turn is charged with instigating the extremely cruel abuse.

"There are three people who know each other, and it should be about the victim approaching the woman," said prosecutor Christine Chi.

The woman and the man together have decided to give up on the man and, according to the prosecution, add to him pain and bodily harm.

Bands in silver tape and plastic wrap

According to prosecutor Christine Chi, the victim and the suspected perpetrator must have taken the victim's home together. During the trip he became overpowered and that is where the abuse began.

Once indoors, the victim should have his hands and feet tied with silver tape, been wrapped in plastic wrap around his upper body and given a seat bag over his head with only a slip for air.

Battled and threatened

The woman the man must have approached was occasionally on the phone during the assault. She should then have advised her boyfriend and asked him to kill the man.

The victim was beaten with both kicks and punches, with and without knuckle iron, threatened with a knife and according to the prosecution, the abuse is described to include two-dimensional elements. Partly because the victim was tied up and made defenseless.

Managed to escape

Although he was bound, the man managed to escape all odds from the situation that took place in his own home.

- He managed to get a knife and cut himself loose. Then he jumped out of a window from the second floor, Chi says.

The couple is now being charged with several serious crimes, both of which deny the crime.
