The defense lawyer for the first accused, Mohamed Mohieddin, acquitted his client of the charges against her, based on the absence of the elements and the unreasonable incident and the absence of technical evidence of the commission of his crime.

He added that the case before the court had opened a communication in the case of a beating between the first and second defendants, and that the incident took place on July 4, while the complaint was filed on August 18, pointing out that the claim of the second accused of being beaten by his client contradicts her statements She appeared in the case papers and in police investigations and before the Public Prosecution, in which she denied being beaten by his client.

For his part, defense lawyer for the second defendant (the victim) Abdullah Sarhan, said that his client was standing in her vehicle before the incident in the parking hall of the wedding hall to attend her son's wedding, where she was surprised to break into the first defendant, who is the son of her vehicle, and attacked her physical integrity and insulted her.

He explained that what prompted the first accused to go to the wedding of her husband is the deadly jealousy that prevails women in those positions, pointing out that the first accused went to avenge the victim during the wedding of her husband in the belief that it is the reason for her divorce from her husband.

He added that the first defendant assaulted the victim verbally and verbally, insulted and threw her by sending text messages to her phone. The defense lawyer asked the court to inquire from the communications authority about the calls and messages issued by the phone of the first defendant.
