Refusing to hit

The 56-year-old himself believes that those who accuse him are wrong. He just gesticulated and screamed at the dog. He stated in court that the dog had been badly treated by its previous owner and that "one should not hit a traumatized dog but one should bark at it".

Folded for animal cruelty

Sundsvall District Court now convicts the man for animal cruelty and also for minor drug offenses. The 56-year-old appears eighteen times earlier in the police load register and is now sentenced to protective supervision.
