Naples won 2-1 against Brescia on Sunday and retained their 4th place in the Italian league, but Carlo Ancelotti and his family suffered against the promoted and Mario Balotelli, author of his first goal of the season.

Inter and Juventus are on full throttle with 18 and 16 points respectively in six games after Saturday's wins against Sampdoria Genoa (3-1) and Spal (2-0).

And even Atalanta Bergamo (3rd), who swept Sassuolo on Saturday (4-1), leads great pace. So Naples did not have the right to make mistakes on Sunday.

With this victory, Naples still remains six points behind the leader, four of the defending champion and one of Atalanta.

But Naples has not lost more ground and will have the opportunity to resume a little on Inter and Juve next week, when the two leaders will face San Siro.

Sunday's success at first seemed easy to achieve, in a first period clearly dominated and concluded on a two-goal advantage, signed Mertens (13th) and Manolas (45 + 4).

But after the break, Naples fell back and was much more hesitant, allowing the promoted to regain a foothold in the game.

Brescia even returned to the score thanks to Balotelli, who scored his first goal of the season (67th). The former Marseille striker, who had entered the lawn with his daughter Pia, who lives in Naples, still weighed until the end of the match, but without success.

At 15:00, AS Roma will play on the turf of Lecce and in the evening (20:45), AC Milan will receive Fiorentina Franck Ribery.
