The Russian side emphasized the importance of finding political solutions to internal disagreements in Venezuela without destructive, let alone forceful, outside interference, ”the Foreign Ministry quoted TASS as saying.
Russia also advocates the lifting of unilateral US sanctions against Venezuela.
