According to the judgment, approximately 7,000 text messages were sent between the man and the girl, many of whom were of a sexual nature. In addition, he has kissed her and touched her breast on one occasion. The District Court emphasizes that all the acts have been performed in relation to a child.
The man is now sentenced to protective supervision and to pay SEK 10,000 in damages to the girl.
