It all started in August when the man contacted the girl via Snapchat via a false identity. Through the app, the man will on several occasions asked the girl to send undressed pictures of himself. The man should also have sent pictures and videos when he touches on his sex and in connection with the written sexually abusive comments on her.
At one point, the man will also meet the girl and then pat her on the butt. He should also have photographed her ass.
Since the man had a false identity when he contacted the girl via social media, it was difficult for the defendant to identify who was behind the violations.

The man is now being charged with abusive photography, exploitation of children for sexual posing and four cases of sexual assault. The man refuses a crime.
