Louis de Geer Concert & Congress has, according to the Swedish Competition Authority, purchased alcoholic beverages and food worth SEK 3,671,723 from a large number of suppliers without announcing purchases.
Therefore, the Swedish Competition Authority considers that it has not fulfilled the "conditions for direct procurement".
- Unauthorized direct procurement is a serious violation of the procurement rules. With advertised procurement, the possibility of the supplier offering the most favorable terms increases winning the contract, says the Swedish Competition Authority's Director General Rikard Jermsten, in a press release.
The Swedish Competition Authority states that it has paid attention to it all through its external monitoring.
