A battle is raging on social networking sites in Egypt between supporters of President Abdel-Tuffah El-Sisi and his opponents, in the wake of Friday's demonstrations called by artist and contractor Mohamed Ali under the title "Friday of Salvation" to demand Sisi to step down.
Opponents inaugurated a tag called "#Goma_Salvat", which issued websites to about half a million tweets, which prompted supporters to launch several tags such as (#Official_Sisi_Tani) and (#The Brotherhood_Bakit_But_Egypt), but it failed clearly, where only a few thousand people participated.
Opponents participated pictures and videos of demonstrations launched after Friday prayers in several Egyptian cities, stressing that the great security tightening has hindered so far large demonstrations in Cairo.
The singers criticized allowing pro-Sisi demonstrations, preventing and chasing dissidents, and some also shared videos showing supporters mobilizing on buses towards the pro-demonstrations site, as well as videos distributing meals to protesters.

On the other hand, supporters of Sisi said that the call for demonstrations was an opportunity to renew confidence in the Egyptian regime, stressing that the Egyptian people did not respond to these calls, but expressed support for the president and the security services.
