According to him, over the past day on the territory of Russia with the help of satellites a lot of thermal points have been recorded, which can be centers of fires. Their area was about 3.5 thousand hectares.
“Basically, they are on lands of other categories, here is the third stage. The third stage has now begun, it is again the fallen dry grassy vegetation. Naturally, forest fire services are in full combat readiness, ”Akberdin said.
Along with this, he clarified that the first stage of forest fires provokes arson of grass in the spring, the second stage - summer fires that arose due to arson when building fires on vacation.
