Earlier, the Russian government approved a ban on the use of open fire on the balconies of apartments, hotels and hostels.
Thus, the department explained, the Russians will not be able to fry kebabs on balconies, light candles and smoke. It is clarified that the ban does not apply to special smoking areas.
