During the October 2017 manifesto, he harmed another man's hearing with loud megaphone sound, for which the district court convicted him of assault.

In addition, the man made noise and shouted "animal plagues" in the megaphone outside the farmer's home, and also entered his driveway. Therefore, he is also convicted of unlawful and home peace crimes.

Finally, he is convicted of illegal threats after sharing a picture of a skeleton with the mink farmer's name and the text "former mink farmer" in social media, which he dismisses in court as a joke.

The Prosecutor considered that it was an aggravating circumstance that the crimes were part of planned and organized political activism, which the district court agreed.

The man, who is regarded as a leading figure in the radical Swedish animal rights movement, must also pay damages to four people - the largest sum, SEK 22,000, to the owner.
