“The decision of the Tver court of Moscow of September 3 to extend the preventive measure to Podkopayev in the form of detention was recognized as legal,” TASS quoted the Moscow City Court.
The arrest was extended during the examination of the merits.
Earlier it was reported that the Moscow City Court on September 30 will verify the legality of the sentence to Ivan Podkopaev.
On September 12, the person involved in the “July 27 case” appealed the verdict issued on September 3 by the Tver Court of Moscow.
