According to the agency, on September 21, two hunters from the village of Sukpai went to the taiga. In the forest, one of them - a 61-year-old man - was attacked by a tiger.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died on September 24 from his injuries.
"Upon the death of a man, the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory and the JAO conduct a pre-investigation check," said the UK.
