Saudi authorities have arrested a man, identified as Yousif Alqutai , a Palestinian resident in Saudi Arabia, according to The New Arab portal, for mistreating his young daughter by forcing her to stand. He grabs her by the neck and yells at her, lifts her from the ears, slaps and blows her belly. Everything is recorded.
