Ukroboronprom will conduct a thorough audit of the effectiveness of its member enterprises and will transform into a holding company, whose main office will be the center for making key decisions, and the concern as a whole will become an active participant in the industry development process, ”the press service quotes Abramavichusa.
It is noted that during the meeting the parties discussed the importance of bringing the charter of the concern in line with the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which will allow involving Ukrooboronprom enterprises in international cooperation.
Abramavichus called the Ukrainian army the main client of the concern, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine - partner number 1.
Ukroboronprom also spoke about plans for restructuring assets, attracting investments and modernizing production facilities.
Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) initiated criminal proceedings against Pavel Bukin, the former general director of the Ukroboronprom concern.
On September 12, the State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) of Ukraine conducted searches in Ukroboronprom.
