This was decided by the judges of the fourth collegiate section who dropped the charges for thirteen other people. The story dates back to the period from 2004 to 2010: the public prosecutors in Piazzale Clodio, who had requested a sentence of 15 years for the Angelucci family, objected to an alleged scam of around 160 million euros provided by the Ssl in favor of a Velletri partner clinic .
