24 September 2019Protest in the square, city petitions, resignations of ministers and verbal confrontations between politicians are served. The president of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, Brenda Hale, declared the unanimity of the 11 judges (12 with her): "The suspension of the Parliament is illegal". A slap then to Boris Johnson, accepting the arguments of the appeals of the opponents of the Government and of the activists, even today externally present in the rain, pro remain.

After the 5-week US Parliament stop called by Boris Johnson, which has been closed since the end of August, the Supreme Court ruled that choosing the prime minister was illegal. Already in the afternoon the Parliament could be called again.

Johnson's idea was to hinder the Parliament to avoid political interference before the expiration date of the Brexit on October 31st.

Thus, on 28 August, Queen Elizabeth had approved Johnson's request to suspend Parliament until October 14, confirmed on 6 September by the judges of the British High Court in London despite the fact that the entrepreneur and activist Gina Miller had initiated legal action against Johnson.

Boris Johnson has only a week left to present his plans for the UK's exit from the European Union, although the prime minister said that it is possible to reach an agreement at the European summit in Brussels on 17-18 October but he also has reiterated that otherwise the Brexit will do October 31 as promised.
