Algerian army chief of staff Lt. Gen. Ahmed Kayed Saleh accused senior officials of "conspiring with the enemies against the homeland", reiterating that there are no political ambitions to lead the army except to serve Algeria and its people.

Saleh said in a speech during his visit to the third military area of ​​Bashar, southwest of Algeria: «Unfortunately, what is like today yesterday, as a few betrayed the era of honorable during the triumphant revolution, a few of this generation assumed high responsibilities did not respect the right of citizens, He conspired against him with the enemies, and reached the point of betraying the homeland that he desperately needed. ”

Qaid Saleh reiterated that there are no political ambitions for the army leadership except to serve Algeria and its people, and that the credibility of its positions was confirmed after the installation of the independent national authority to organize elections, which has already begun to prepare for this benefit.

Saleh explained that the military establishment has noticed the intransigence of some parties and their insistence on lifting some malicious slogans, noting that the army did not pay any attention to them and remained consistent on his positions.
