According to the judgment, the man must have driven a car on several occasions, even though he does not have a driver's license. The man has previously been convicted of gross unlawful driving and driving while intoxicated.

By June 18 this year, the man was sentenced to three counts of gross unlawful driving to two months in prison. That judgment has gained legal force. One time the man again drove a car without a driver's license and which he is now to be convicted of occurred in the time before that judgment, the other deed in the time after.

The man has acknowledged the eagernesses and rebuked the confiscation profession.
