We really discussed this already with the profile leaders of this area of ​​the executive branch of Moscow, and a new regulation is being prepared, which should come into force on October 1, ”Nikolaev said.

She said that the new regulation also reflects the impossibility of supplying excess heating when the temperature in the street exceeded +20 ° C, and the supply of heat to the premises continues.

According to her, the document will be considered at the next meeting in the housing and communal services commission.
